The terms and conditions listed below, including the reservation form and all written documents, such as emails exchanged between the client and Turismo Valle Ventisquero, constitute an agreement between these parties and, therefore, are the conditions of the contract. If clients book by phone or online, it will be considered that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION
To activate a reservation with Turismo Valle Ventisquero Spa, each person must provide:
1. An initial deposit of 25% of the total reservation cost
2. Completed reservation forms
3. The balance of the trip cost must be paid 60 days before the trip starts

Considerations: Your reservation is not confirmed until Turismo Valle Ventisquero has received the initial 25% deposit. Once the deposit and forms are received, we will issue a final invoice, showing the total trip cost and the balance owed.
For reservations made less than 60 days before the trip starts, this is considered a last-minute reservation, and 100% of the trip cost must be paid in full within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.

Bank Transfer
The client must send a copy of the transfer or deposit receipt to: info@rinconbonito.cl indicating the name, date, and number of people.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
All applicable cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to info@rinconbonito.cl and received by Turismo Valle Ventisquero Spa. Cancellation fees will be applied to the total amounts of the reservations made.
Refunds:

• 45 days or more before the start of the trip: 100% refund of the trip cost (payment method fees will be deducted).
• Between 45 – 30 days before check-in: 30% cancellation fee.
• Between 29 – 11 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee.
• 10 – 0 days before check-in: 100% cancellation fee. *Date change allowed only for “COVID-19 reasons.”
• In the case of correctly accredited “COVID-19 reasons,” the conditions are as follows: 50% refund of the total reservation or reschedule the reservation for another date. The reservation must be changed within the next 72 hours and for a date within the current year, subject to availability.

Blocks for Tour Operators:
• Blocks are generated with tour operators who have a valid agreement with Rincón Bonito.
• For a block of dates to be valid, it must receive written confirmation from Rincón Bonito’s sales area.
• To cancel a block, you must send an email to info@rinconbonito.cl at least 45 days before the trip begins. Otherwise, the date will be available for sale.

COVID-19 reasons include:
• If the origin commune or the Cochamó commune is in phase 1 of the step-by-step plan.
• If there is a border closure in either the country of origin or Chilean borders.
• If a passenger is in quarantine due to a positive COVID-19 test.

CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING AN EXCURSION: Once the excursion is confirmed in writing or verbally, it is considered reserved, with no possibility of last-minute cancellation. Each excursion requires multiple logistics and human resources from Rincón Bonito staff or our neighbors, so in case of cancellation, the fee will be charged.

GENERAL NOTES Turismo Valle Ventisquero is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparing any canceled trip. For this reason, we highly recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Any delay or lateness in flight arrivals is beyond Rincón Bonito’s responsibility.

Any extra expenses caused by an event that modifies the program duration, concerning the itinerary initially contracted by the client, due to reasons not attributable to Rincón Bonito, such as weather conditions, road closures, storms, disasters, or others, will be exclusively borne by the passengers. In this case, Rincón Bonito is not obliged to provide any compensation or refund, for which we suggest purchasing travel insurance.

Reservations are not transferable from one person/entity to another.

Persons aged 18 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

The minimum age for horseback riding is 5 years, and the minimum age for pack rafting is 11 years (must know how to swim).
All extra services are provided based on availability at the time of request.

All third-party services must be paid in cash directly to the provider. Once confirmed, third-party services must be paid to the local provider, even if canceled due to rain or any other reason.

Travel Insurance Turismo Valle Ventisquero trips take place in remote areas; accidents can happen and occasionally do, as well as last-minute inconveniences such as flight delays, lost luggage, or a simple ankle sprain that prevents you from arriving on time at the agreed meeting point or completing your vacation. Therefore, we suggest that all clients carry their health, accident, and liability insurance. Travel insurance should include protection for the entire duration of your vacation, including: medical expenses, injuries, death, repatriation, as well as cancellation and reduction. It is good to check that there are no exclusion clauses that limit the type of activities included in your trip. Turismo Valle Ventisquero Spa will act in full compliance during an emergency, but we cannot assume any responsibility for medical or evacuation costs during or after a trip.

Liability Turismo Valle Ventisquero Spa does not have liability insurance and cannot assume any responsibility for accidents caused by you, the horse, the equipment, other people, or subcontractors on the trip. We require all our guests to complete and sign a liability waiver, which will be sent before the trip starts. This form must be returned completed at the time of the initial trip deposit.

Health Conditions All our guests must be in generally good physical health. A general health form will be sent to each guest for completion and signature.

Passport/Visas All clients must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 2 months after the trip end date. All fees and costs associated with passports or visas for entering any related country are the sole responsibility of the client.

Personal Valuables The operator assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of the client’s personal belongings, whether purchased on the trip or otherwise.
