We welcome volunteers and interns who love nature and working with the land. The main tasks are fieldwork and attending to our guests.
Fieldwork
We follow the methods of organic, biointensive, and regenerative agriculture as practiced by two great masters of agriculture: Jean Martin Fortier and Curtis Stone. They demonstrate that there is an alternative to industrial agriculture. Agriculture based on fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals is harmful to health and the soil, leaving nutrients and minerals immobilized and unable to be absorbed by plants.
